The last outdoor fight at Connie Mack Stadium (nee Shibe Park) on June 10, 1958 drew a crowd of 8,769 and the windup ended in a 10-round between North Philadelphia welterweight contenders Gil Turner and Garnet "Sugar" Hart. Most ringside observers felt the aging Turner got a gift in his match with his longtime friend. George Benton blew out Slim Jim Robinson on the undercard. This is the 22x28 cardboard poster from that fight and it is museum-quality framed.
